The Executive Board
The Executive Board consist of ten officers. The elected officers of the Executive Board are the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. These officers are elected at the General Elections held during spring semester. The appointed officers of the Executive Board are the Director of Academic Affairs, Director of Press and Public Relations, Director of Student Services, Director of Operations, Director of External Affairs, and the Chief Procedures Officer. These officers are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate with a 2/3 vote.
Hello Owls,
I am Rosalyn Hedgepeth, the President of the Student Government Association here at KSU. While at KSU, I have filled various roles of this organization including Freshman Senator, Director of External Affairs, and Vice President. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the student body once again during my senior year as President.

I would personally like to welcome you back to campus for the Fall 2012 semester. Your SGA is filled with Senators and Executive Board members who are dedicated to upholding the best interest of the students. We are truly looking forward to serving you this year!

Entering this school year, I understand that there will be various pending concerns including parking, football, HOPE, student fees, and smoking restrictions. As a member of SGA who has influence with important officials such as the Administration and the Board of Regents, I will act as your voice.
